There are some olive trees on the land, especially nice are 3 located close to each other in one corner of the land (close to the road) which gives the opportunity to make this part a special one for entrance or can give a name to the future estate. That piece of land can be a nice option for a company of friends or for rent to a travel company. Important: By the current law the permission can’t be changed due to the position of the land (close to the sea and the height of it). There are 22 olive trees on the land and we have to write about them because the land with so many grown up olives, by itself, has a higher cost.
